F1 ATPase NANO MOLECULAR MOTOR DYNAMICS DIPLOMA THESIS ABSTRACT Bulushova L.S.

F0F1 ATPase nano-mo lecular motor dynamics is analyzed in the present paper. This nanomo lecular motor converts chemical energy into rotation energy of rotor ( subunit) the main part of F0F1 ATPase or vice versa. F1 ATPase is a part of the motor and it can work and transform energy independent ly. It main elements are 3 subunit s and the rotor. On the basis o f the review of last experimental data mainly received by the optical methods, the mathemat ical model o f interact ion of and subunit, the main elements o f mo lecular motor, is presented. Kinemat ic links between an angle of the rotor turn and subunit closure angle are achieved. Also experimental data analys is allowed creating different models o f active force mo ment acting on and subunits. In part icular during the modeling of the mo ment of the forces act ing on subunit, a "step", a linear and an exponent ial funct ion have been considered. For each case considered during the modeling, time dependency is received. The phase plane o f system wit h a limit ing cycle for change o f the subunit clo sure angle is achieved and the link between subunit rotation and subunit closure is gained. .
