Acoustic waves may influence on media where they propagate. The present paper describes experimental investigation of phase transition water-ice in acoustic fields. Experiments were done with the vertically oriented cylindrical flask filled with water. The transducer attached to the bottom of the flask generated acoustic field. Acoustic waves were excited at the resonance frequencies of the flask. The water was exposed with acoustic field during cooling in a refrigerator. Results of experiments showing formation of complex structures of ice in acoustic field are described and discussed in this paper. This work was supported by RFBR (01-02-17411).
