At present for tissues destruction in laser surgery mainly the free-running lasing (FRL) mode is used. A that the large area of thermal tissue necrosis appears. One can suppose that proper temporal structure of laser pulses allows to increase the efficiency of heat removal due to speeding-up of tissue removal and to reduce the area of thermal injury. The results of the tissue destruction process by laser pulses (l=1.06 mkm) with regular temporal structure are presented. The temporal structure control of pulses was realized by use of the periodical Q-mod regime (PQR). The energy and temporal structure of pulses, and acoustic wave generated by radiation in the tissue were controlled. The structure of the destruction area was analyzed. The analysis of acoustic pulses spectrum and typical appearance of the destruction areas shows the significant contribution of thermoacoustic effect and cavitation into the process of the tissue destruction. At that the destruction efficiency is increased and thermal necrosis area is reduced.
