Dear colleagues!
We are pleased to welcome you to Moscow State University, where June 6-10, 2011 the ANTARES Collaboration Meeting will be held.
Moscow State University is one of the tourist attractions of Moscow, an architectural monument and the tallest university building of the world.
Due to the fact that Russia is not an EU member state, all of our guests from the EU countries will need visa support. Therefore, we ask you to send us e-mail confirming your intention to participate in the meeting and copies of the first pages of your passports. Visa support paperwork does take time, so please, send us your confirmation letters and passport copies no later than April 15, 2011.
The fee for the meeting will be 125 ?. The fee includes the collaboration dinner, coffee breakes and half-day tour in Moscow.
We hope that the visit to the University and participation in Collaboration Meeting will be both interesting and fascinating professionally and personally.
The agenda of the meeting and list of participants will be published as soon as possible.

For your accommodation during the meeting we advise you the hotel "Universitetskya", which is within only 15 minute walk from the University and is not very expensive (about 80 ? per night).

How to get to the MSU
From Domodedovo airport:
We recommend the following way:
- Take express train from Domodedovo airport to Paveletskaya
train station (see express train time table here:
http://aeroexpress.ru/en/domodedovo/schedule.htm).

- Go from Paveletskaya train station to "Paveletskaya" metro
station. See the plan:
Use dark green line to get from the station "Paveletskaya" to "Teatral'naya". At "Teatral'naya" change the green line to the red one, to the station "Okhotnyj Ryad", and go to "Universitet". See the scheme below: There are two exits at this station. Better to use the first exit, with the escalator. Come up and go out metro station. You will see the main university building. -
If you find the proposed way too complicated, take OFFICIAL TAXI in airport.
The price from Domodedovo to MSU is 2000 rub (50 ?). You must say to taxi driver: Main Building
of Lomonosov Moscow State University

From Sheremetyevo airport:
We recommend the following way:
- Take express train from Sheremetyevo airport, terminals D, E, F to Belorussky Train Station (see express train time table here: http://aeroexpress.ru/en/sheremetyevo/schedule.htm). See the plan of Sheremetyevo airport here: http://www.svo.aero/en/map/ It takes just 3-5 minutes to get from the railway terminal to Terminals D, E and F and back without leaving the air terminal building.
- Go from Belorussky Train Station to "Belorusskaya" metro
station. See the plan:
