A Method of Evaluating the Efficiency of Social Programs Based on Integral Quality of Life Indicator

This article describes a method for assessing the effectiveness of social programs based on integral quality of life indicator. The relevance of this article substantiates the important role of social programs in the life of the enterprise, as well as the lack of generally accepted methods for evaluating their efficiency. The method proposed by the author allows, on the basis of simple statistics and data derived from the survey of employees, to evaluate the effectiveness of social programs. The author also proposes a method for evaluating of cost per unit change in the integral index of quality of life for employees, which allows comparing the contents of various social programs and choosing the most effective.
