The Results of the 3rd International Scientific and Practical Internet Conferences 'International Experience and the Russian Traditions of Human Resources Management'

The author reviews the published proceedings of the Internet-conference organized in April, 2012 by the Human Resources Management Department, School of Public Administration, Lomonosov Moscow State University. The participants of the conference represent the largest higher education institutions of Russia and the CIS countries and are experts in the field of human resource management and general management. In their articles the experts presented opinions concerning the ways of increasing the labor potential and activity of workers of public and private organizations, efficiency of training programs and personnel motivation.
