In recent years, a shift towards further integration of communications has clearly manifested itself in business and politics. Today, a gradual and not always evident (but none the less obvious) process of formation of a new independent branch of special management — communication management (CM) — is going on in internal and foreign policy of world’s leading countries, on the level of transnational corporations. Adapting the global business and international relations leaders’ experience, various strata of national business and political elites are getting in the course of time a limited access to a highly efficient usage of communication technologies in the general management context. From the point of view of national and international security, while such usage has only obvious advantages, it can also pose significant danger to the society.
