The article investigates the influence of the process of asset securitization on the financial indicators of the company. The authors consider the essence of such innovative instrument of financial market as securitization and benefits of its use for financing companies. Particular attention is paid to the peculiarities of key forms of securitization (on-balance-sheet and off-balance-sheet), on the basis of which the main directions of change of a company’s financial and property condition using different mechanisms of securitization have been identified.
