This Russian-German conference on Self-Assembly Processes in Complex Macromolecular Systems in Solutions and at Interfaces has been initiated by Prof. Dr. Victor A. Kabanov (Moscow State University), Prof. Dr. Alexander B. Zezin (Moscow State University), and Prof. Dr. Klaus Lunkwitz (Institut fЭr Polymerforschung Dresden e.V.) with an intention to bring together Russian and German scientists studying self-assembly phenomena in polymer systems in solutions and at interfaces. The meeting is expected to provide opportunities for detailed discussions of results and approaches developed by the research groups of both countries as well as to promote a bilateral scientific cooperation. The participation in the conference is restricted to the members of the involved research groups and is free of charge. The conference is financially supported by Russian Foundation for Basic Research (project number 01-03-0400). Presentations The conference consists of: 6 long oral presentations (total time for each long presentation is 45 min including 35 min for a presentation and 10 min for a discussion), 15 short oral presentations (total time for each long presentation is 30 min including 20 min for a presentation and 10 min for a discussion), poster session (the format for posters is 1 m в 1 m).
