MSU team of Law graduates of 2015 hasљturned in a goodљperformance at the prestigious Foreign Direct Investment Arbitration Moot at King’s College of London. The team took the second place in the nomination “Best disclosure of the calculation of damages” and the third place in the nomination “Best Applicant Memorandum.” The Memorandum prepared by the team of Moscow State University will be published in next issue of the journal Transnational Dispute Management.
In the overall standing MSU team took the 8th place among 50 teams and is one ofљ16 best teams on the basis of oral round.
