Dear Colleagues,

Publishing House. A latex file below can be used as a frame for your article.

NB! Please send by the regular mail also a copy of your article(s).

SOME GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Contributions should not exceed the following sizes (including figures
and tables):
for plenary talks -- 15-17 pages
for section talks -- 5-7 pages
Please send me by e.mail a copy of the Latex file(s) with your
article(s) and *.ps (or *.eps) files with figures. For faster and safety
sending of your files via email it's better to uuencode (and tar and gzip)
them before.

TABLES AND ILLUSTRATIONS

Tables should be made with \LaTeX; illustrations should be originals or
sharp prints. They should be arranged throughout the text, preferably being
included on the same page as they are first discussed. They should have a
self-contained caption, positioned in flush-left alignment.
If a table is too long to fit onto one page, the table number and
headings should be repeated above the continuation of the table.

PHOTOGRAPHS (black and white)

Photographs must always be sharp originals and rich in contrast.
They should be pasted on your printed page in the same way as line drawings.

REFERENCES

References should be collected at the end of your paper. Do not begin
them on a new page unless this is absolutely necessary. They should be
prepared according to the sequential numeric system making sure that
that all material mentioned is generally available to the reader.

Good luck,
On behalf of the Editorial Board

Boris Levtchenko
