[Comphep-common] error with simbolic calculation on new model

Hello,
My name is Alexandra
I uploaded a model on comphep-4.5.1 and I want the Mathematica output
the program is able to construct the correct diagrams and square it
but when I try to use the options "Symbolic calculations" or "Reduce program" the comphep screem crashes and the terminal shows the error :

"./comphep: line 26: 20936 Segmentation fault      (core dumped) ${DDD} $COMPHEP/bin/s_comphep.exe $*"

the option "Make n_comphep" also crashes the comphep screem ad returns

"./comphep: line 15: 21112 Segmentation fault      (core dumped) ${DDD} $COMPHEP/bin/s_comphep.exe -blind "]}}]]]}]}9" "

but, a process process_gen.dat can be prepared...

could you help me with what could be the error on using "Symbolic calculations"?

looking at the .mdl files of the model seems ok
