The modern world is shacked by regional and local wars, people die of hunger, millions of children become orphans and waifs, drugs and alcohol make the youth passive, unemployment becomes permanent, ecological problems globalize, because of terrorism the social security is under threat. These are characteristics of modern social reality, e.g. the super-object of social management. Starting with these observations the author of the article analyzes the possibility of modern management science to create a friendly social environment for people.
