Students studying at partner universities may come as exchange students to Moscow University according to conditions set up by exchange agreements.

To come as exchange student, one must before April 20 (for fall semester) or before November 20 (for spring semester) send to us the following:

1. Formal nomination letter signed by head of international office of home university. This letter shoull arrive in original and by fax to +7 (495) 9328960 or as scanned copy to e-mail of a proper coordinator.
2. Personal application, also as original and by fax/e-mail.
3. Study project, describing desired courses and expected outcome.
4. Photocopy of valid passport title page. ALso any pages with prolongation marks.

After considering the application as a whole and upon approvalk of the receiving faculty, we shall inform you on further action required.

Please note that all foreign residents must be registered with migration authorities within three work days upon their entry to Russian Federation. Moscow University shall assist with registration procedures only given the following:

• If your visa has been issued on our invitation.
• If you reside with the dormitories of MSU. This also is possible only if you entered Russia on our invitation
