The Faculty of Journalism annually organizes the English-speaking school ?Russian Media and Journalism?. The school is targeted at undergraduate and graduate students and young researchers from different countries.The course is taught in English and gives a general understanding of the way mass media work in Russia.

The schedule includes:
• Theoretical module (lectures at the Faculty of Journalism) designed to educate on specific features of the Russian media system;
? Practical module (visits to newsrooms; issue of a special edition of the student newspaper ?Journalist?; production of multimedia stories).

The school on Russian media and journalism offers students from all over the world an opportunity to study a wide variety of inspiring and cutting-edge classes in print, broadcasting and internet journalism in Russia, whilst at the same time enjoying everything that Moscow has to offer.

In 2016, the Faculty will host the school on April 11-24 (2,5 credits ECTS).љ
