Usually it takes more than one year before ready paper became printed in a journal or some conference proceedings. Everybody have sad experience of the numerous letter exchange with editors, text rewriting, etc. Of cause, there are chance to meet helpful referee, sometimes it happens.
Practice of the preprints exchange disappeared years ago. Most of the journals demand payment for the access to their publications through internet. While the most directions of the human activity benefits from the arrival of the internet, STP scientists are an exception.
We decided to open our site for the preprint presentation. Without delay, without referees. Of cause papers are open for open discussion. Later authors may correct their papers as well.
Accepted are files in the HTML, DOC, PDF and DejaVu formats.
