Cadmium chalcogenide colloidal quantum dots (semiconductor nanocrystals). Electronic and optical properties of quantum dots.
Nucleation and growth of colloidal quantum dots. Growth kinetics of colloidal quantum dots.
Nanometer-size semiconductor tetrapods.
Semiconductor nanoheterostructures. Quantum dots with spatially separated charge carriers. Optical properties of type II semiconductor nanocrystals. Quantum dots with long lifetime of the photoinduced electron-hole pair.
