Department of International Educational Cooperation

Department consists of the following divisions:

1. Coordination of international educational cooperation and foreign affiliate branches
2. Work with international students
3. Consular and registration services

1. To administer and coordinate international educational cooperation of šthe M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University and its foreign partners, to implement joint educational programs with foreign universities, including Network Universities;
2. To supervise the affiliates, branch offices, permanent MSU centers and preparatory courses abroad and the offices of foreign organizations within the MSU;
3. To organize and guide publication of information materials about the MSU in foreign languages, and participation of the MSU in the international educational exhibitions;
4. To conduct MSU international correspondence and interaction with Ministry of Education and Science, Rossotrudnichestvo, foreign Embassies and other organizations;
5. To assist other departments during the application period and to guide international students during the admission process, as well as during their studies in MSU;
6. To implement measures to expand MSU presence in the global educational market;
7. To keep records, to prepare statistical reports, što provide a general snapshot of the international student statistics;
8. To assist in the organization of extracurricular activities for foreign students and cooperation with the Russian Foreign Students Association and MSU Alumni Association;
9. To organize and guide consular and visa services at MSU, working with the Federal Migration Service (Moscow, Ramenky), Consular Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Embassies and other organizations.
