The Graduate School of Management and Innovation was founded in 2006 in accordance with the decision of MSU Academic Council on the initiative of MSU Rector Acad. V. A. Sadovnichiy and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Joint Stock Financial Corporation ?Sistema? V.P. Evtushenkov.

The main goal of the Graduate School of Management and Innovation is to train highly-qualified, competitive, innovation-oriented specialists ready to meet the challenges of globalization.

The Graduate School of Management and Innovation offers 2-year full-time Master?s Degree program in Management.

Our program ?Innovative Management?, jointly devised by the founders and based on global experience of international experts, ensures that our students acquire both profound theoretical knowledge and practical skills in management.

Students study the following professional disciplines: XXI century Management, Applied Economics, Economical Statistics, Marketing, Legal Infrastructure of Business, Tax Planning, Globalization of World Economy, Human Resources Management. Special disciplines such as Innovative Engineering, Risk Management, Intellectual Property Management, Marketing of Innovation, Innovative Business, Strategic Planning, Venture Business etc. allow our students to choose interesting fields of study for their graduation papers.

Lectures and seminars are delivered by leading MSU lecturers and instructors, CEOs of the JSFC ?Sistema?, invited lecturers from abroad. We apply computer technologies and active training methods ? business case studies, project development, business games - to give our students every opportunity to use their skills for solving real business problems.

Special stress is laid on foreign languages, business language studies in particular. Our cooperation with JSFC ?Sistema? allows our students to combine their studies with practical work, working on their Master?s thesis taking into account company?s practical needs.

In the course of their studies our students may undertake internships in world?s leading business schools and foreign corporations.
