23.04.09 : Business Operations Analyst (Graduate)

• Business Environment: Technology Services Delivery Operations (TS DO) department drives efficiency and effectiveness of processes & resources that deliver standard, commoditized services ranging from basic product support and warranty services up to high availability mission critical commitments.

• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
• Drive process improvement projects across the team
• Work on process improvement initiatives, if need be, bring different teams together
• Generate weekly/ monthly reports and prepare root causes analyses of problem areas
• Provide process insight/ business knowledge to process owners/ front office
• As WFM Champion (WorkFlow Manager = call handling system) support Central & Eastern Europe Country Implementation Manager (CEE CIM) with deployment of end-to-end delivery workflow solutions in the country
• Help ensuring that worldwide standard tools and processes are implemented and maintained. Will be the key contact for the local business for WFM and tool related questions. Will consult local business for any WFM related queries/ requirements
• WFM key deployment responsibilities:
• Works with and funnels feedback to CEE CIM
• Participates in teleconferences deployment
• Participates in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of new releases to check local requirements
• Helps CIM with the local country deployment of diverse tasks:
• Local preparation for roll-out of new releases with the help of local core team
• Introduction of standard processes to local business
• Takes care of MOC (Management of Change) with the help of local management
• Acts as a local Subject Matter Expert
• Provides training to local end-users

• Your Profile:
• 2008 or 2009 Graduate in a technical / statistics area
• Good written and oral English
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced user of Microsoft applications, databases
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Basic project management skills desired
• Teamplayer: working with EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and local teams
