Software Support Specialist

• At least 1 years of programming experience;
• Documentation writing adhering to standards, project/time management;
• higher technical education;
• good command of English;
• understanding of banking technologies preferable;
• MS SQL 7.0/2000, MS Visual Basic, Net, Web/Com technologies is a plus

Key responsibilities:

• In-house software support (development, enhancement and bug fix)

Junior Systems Analyst (support of Operations Department)

• Higher technical education; good English; experience in working for Operations Department about 1 year;
• good analytical skills
• Knowledge of the Cash Counters/ Teller Process
• Knowledge of Local Regulations with respect to Cash Accounting;
• analytical skills;
• working experience in Operations preferably

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide suggestions to business to implement different needs from a system perspective;
• liaise with Head office team to get the necessary system support;
• provide production support and resolve any issues (Teller modules), etc

Citibank on-line support (Systems Analysts Unit, IT)

• Higher technical/financial education (information systems);
• good English;
• experience in working for IT Department about 1 year;
• good analytical skills

Key responsibilities:

• Working with clients compliance
• Production support with Head office (CitiAlerting)
• Assist product managers in all new product implementation (CitiAlerting), etc
