Job Summary	Research and development (RnD) in the field of optoelectronic materials, optoelectronic devices, functional organic polymers, and other electronic materials for next-generation electronic, photonic, and IT devices
Responsibilities and Duties:	·         Synthesis, processing, physical and chemical analysis of optoelectronic materials ·         Research and development of optoelectronic materials ·         Designing and performing various processes for producing devices with semiconductor materials ·         Drawing the technology roadmap on functional material developments ·         Making analyses and forecasts in the field of development of optoelectronic materials, semiconductor materials, and functional materials
Qualifications:	·         Minimum 10 to 15 years in the related industry and management experience at a senior level ·         Experience in RnD for optoelectronic materials ·         Senior management in related areas is preferred ·         Patent-owned candidature is highly preferred ·         RnD lab experience is required
