• Consumer & Market Knowledge (CMK) Department is P&G's key internal consultant in making decisions related to brand starategy based on top-class analysis of consumers, shoppers and trade. CMK is involved in all brand life cycle stages starting with design of a concept to final product development and in-market launch.
• As a CMK manager, you will work on design, follow-up and analysis of all kinds of market research. Your primary responsibility will be leading analysis of market segmentation and trends, consumer habits and motivations, etc.; recommending brands strategy based on research results; designing and analysing qualitative and quanitative studies; leading the work of external research agencies.

• Citizenship: Russia, Belarus
• Higher education
• Good command of English
• A proven record of strong analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skill
• Advanced PC skills
• Experience in Market Research and statistical programming packages are an advantage
