Working in the Human Resources Department, you'll have a real hands-on experience and significant responsibilities. As our business is growing, we need to have a strong organization behind. Human Resources practitioner in P&G is responsible for strengthening competitive advantage for the Company by developing people and building organization capability, developing an adaptive and competitive organization and helping employees and organizations to achieve pick performance.

 

As an entry level HR practitioner you will be assigned to projects in one of the areas of Human Resources: recruiting, employee relations, organization development or training. Such assignment will challenge your thinking and creativity.

 

The recruiting manager will be responsible for branding P&G careers within the students and graduates community to achieve key marketing objectives and position P&G as the employer of choice in targeted campuses. He will be the owner of the selection/hiring procedures of the organization, ensuring a constant supply of candidates through effective planning and execution of recruiting and pre-recruiting activities. Responsible for developing recruiting strategies for the company and leading the other functions in the recruiting plan and in developing contacts with the universities.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Determine Management recruiting need for hiring and internships based on department needs and headcounts.

·         Lead the departments in defining the recruiting and pre recruiting plan for the following year.

·         Achieve target diversity measures in recruiting.

·         Develop and maintain contacts with universities for initiatives, courses.

 

Your Career & Development:

You will develop your skills both as a generalist and a functional specialist through a wide variety of experience. Your first assignment would typically be in Recruiting and/or training with the management in your own area. As you develop knowledge of how the company works, with its integrated structure of business and functional units, you will see how the effectiveness of organization could be improved.

As your career progress, you will come to understand how individuals grow professionally, interact within teams and operate within the organization.

Starting salary from 60.000 RUR per month gross (up to 30% more for experienced candidates)

If you are genuinely interested managing Human and Organization aspects of business, have the required entry level qualifications, and ready to work and develop in a challenging and rewarding environment.

 

Requirements:

-          Russia/Belarus citizenship

-          High education 

-          Good command of English

-          Some Experience in the area of HR is a plus (especially in multinational companies)

-          Strong interest in Human Resources is a must

-          Leadership skills

-          Excellent People & Communication skills
