heurisko heurisko is a portable image processing library and software development environment that runs on a wide variety of platforms and operating systems. heurisko has been born out of the need for a flexible and portable yet powerful image processing package. It can easily be adapted to changing tasks. It has all the flexibility to develop new image processing algorithms, and can be learned quickly.
