Dear colleagues!
We invite you to attend the International Conference Bioindication in the Ecological assessment of soils and related habitats, which will be held 4-6 February 2013 at Moscow State University, Moscow, Russia.
The objective of this conference is to provide a forum for the exchange of knowledge on problems of bioindication and biotesting of negative impacts on soils, terrestrial and water ecosystems, and development the methodology of ecological assessment and standardization the natural environments using biotic parameters.
The conference will include oral and poster presentations, exhibition of printed materials and equipment, and panel discussions.
Major topics:
1. Methodology of biodiagnostic. Methodological bases of bioindication, biotesting and ecological standardization.
2. Sources of impacts being controlled, and their influence on environmental quality of soil, air and water environments.
3. Bioindication. Zoo-, phyto- and microbiotic indication of disturbances in soils and other environments in natural, agro- and urbo- ecosystems.
4. Biotesting. Informativity and reproducibility of biotesting methods at different areas of application, ISO-standards.
5. Data integration for standardization purpose. Mathematical models for integration the bioindication and biotesting data for the tasks of ecological standardization.

Conference papers will be published as:
– Book of Abstracts. All participants are requested to submit a one full page Abstract,
– Conference Proceedings.
Exhibition
Exhibition at the conference will provide an opportunity for participants to show their printed materials (books, sets of methodologies), equipment and technology innovations for the biological control. Registration fee for the exhibition is 500 US Dollars per exhibiting area, including desk and poster.
Registration Fee is 100 USD or 50 USD for students before October 15, 2012 and 150 USD (70 USD for students) before December 15, 2012. Registration Fee includes Book of Abstracts, Book of Proceedings, coffee-breaks, and excursions to The Earth Science Museum at Moscow State University and Museum of History of Moscow State University.
