In this article, the problem of sociological knowledge new ideologeme formation in controversial conditions of Russian society transformation and higher education system reformation is discussed. On the author's opinion, the decision for this problematic situation is based on the determination for higher education targeting as axiologixally oriented subject; as far as modern social institutes do not comply with Russian society development criteria.
