Moscow State University Bulletin. Series 18. Sociology and Political Science publishes original works on sociology and political science, results of research and experiments in social and political spheres in Russia and abroad, methodological innovations, information about conferences, reviews of the recent books in sociology and political science. The journal is open to the publication of research results of scientists at Moscow State University and other research institutions and universities.
General Requirements
Materials are submitted to the editors in the electronic version and in hard copy (if there are any illustrations).
Sections in a manuscript must include the following:
1. Article title. Please include full article title both in Russian and English.
2. Information about the author/authors both in Russian and English. Please include each author's complete name and institutional affiliation(s), full name of institution and department, authors' contact information (phone/fax, e-mail) for the corresponding author.
3. Abstract. 3-5 sentences both in Russian and English, describing the purpose, methods, and general findings of the study.
4. Key words. 3-7 words or combination of words both in Russian and English.
5. References. References are presented in a separate section at the end of the article. All references cited in the text must be listed in the reference section. Publication information for each must be complete and correct. List the references in alphabetical order by authors' last name without numeration. Please start with Russian editions, then list all foreign references.
We shall consider the materials and articles of professors, lecturers and researchers (28 000 - 40 000 symbols/ 0.7 - 1author's sheet). The volume of post-graduate papers may be from 10 000 symbols to 28 000 symbols (0.25 - 0,7 author's sheet).
Please, note, that the articles which do not meet editor's requirements would not be considered or reviewed.
The editors send all manuscripts for review.
The editors reserve the right to reduce the volume of articles and to edit them under scientific journal requirements if necessary.

By copying the reference to the journal is required. Manuscripts are not returned to the authors. There is no any fee for authors' publication. The publication of manuscripts is free of charge (including post-graduate students).

#1 (January - March) - before August 1;
#2 (April - June) - before November 1;
#3 (July - September) - before February 1;
#4 (October - December) - before May 1 each year.
