.. .. vkgris@mail.ru The opportunity of detection and diagnostics of nano-object parameters in matter by relativistic electrons x-ray radiation generated in an investigated object is discussed. Polarization bremsstrahlung radiation (PB) of relativistic electrons on matter electrons is considered. It is shown, that PB observation allows us to research micro-structural features of matter electron distribution. The conclusions are illustrated on examples of coherent radiation of relativistic electrons in homogeneous matter and on a fullerene.
