pg_fieldtype

(PHP 3 <= 3.0.18, PHP 4 >= 4.0.0)

pg_fieldtype --  Returns the type name for the corresponding field number

Description

string pg_fieldtype ( resource result, int field_number)

pg_fieldtype() returns a string containing the type name of the given field_number in the given PostgreSQL result resource. Field numbering starts at 0.
