- . , . : , , , - . It is suggested to classify the ultra- and microfiltration processes on the base of the surface phenomena and forces to be arisen during separation. Using the Derjaguin method new quantitative theory of electrostatic and molecular interaction between colloidal particle and curved membrane surface has been developed taking into account hydrodynamic force acting at the pore entrance. Key words: Derjaguin method, electrostatic and molecular interaction, Stoke's hydrodynamic force, ultra- and microfiltration.
