Perfecting the Construction Work Tender Winner Definition Method

The article examines the problems arising at the conclusion of building contracts for the state and municipal needs. Based on a survey of building organizations managers the importance of each group of expenses not directly linked with construction, is defined. Their influence on the quality of work is defined. The authors offer some possible improvements to the current government purchases legislation.
