Forming the Publicity Capital in Political Positioning of the Region

The author views publicity capital as a way to increase the reputation of a region in political space. The publicity capital gives value to such intangible matters as information, reputation, positive public opinion, attractive image. As a result the region gains additional possibilities of attracting the investments. Increasing the publicity capital strengthens not only region’s image, but also its political weight.
