Perfecting the Construction Organizations Ratings Formation Model by the Federal Service of Statistics

Various participants of the market, try to solve the problems of construction of a rating of subjects of market economy. One of the responsibilities of Federal Service of Statistics is creating a rating of the enterprises on the basis of the statistical information received from them. The methods of Federal Service of Statistics focus on financial parameters, thus unprofitable enterprises, which can successfully work, but hand over doubtful statistical data, are excluded from the analysis. The method suggested by the authors takes into account not only financial parameters, but also parameters of quality of work of the enterprises, rates of growth of parameters in comparison with earlier periods. Approbation of the method was carried out on an example of construction industry enterprises of Irkutsk area.
