The relevance of the research is determined by the growing need for the development of information exchange systems and internal communications in bodies of executive authority of Russia. The authors evaluate the methods of increasing efficiency of interior information exchange, based on the results of the annual research of internal communications system in the Federal Anti-monopoly service of Russia. The data was gathered for 3 years, 2008 – 2010. The research shows basic needs and directions of internal communications development and provides information on the strategic, administrative and operational information in all the management levels.
