The article presents the result of monitoring of the implementation of State program the Saratov region. The authors examine the results of the program’s implementation during the crisis of 2008-2009 and some of the anti-crisis measures, including re-structuring of leasing and credit payments. Results of sociological research of the attitude of owners of personal subsidiary enterprises towards the State program are shown. The authors pay specific attention to the characteristic of PSE, degree of participation in the State program and perspectives of economic development. The basic indicators of personal subsidiary economy, including a total land tenure area, number of members of PSE, quality of technology, cattle, and marketability are analyzed. The authors conclude that agricultural commodity producers positively estimate the ongoing measures of the program.
