Anticorruption policy is one of the priorities of Russian public administration, and a vital condition of successful modernization. Meanwhile tangible results of the anticorruption policy are still very moderate, compared to the ambitious political declarations. The author analyzes the problems of anticorruption policy from the new institutional theory perspective, and makes the conclusion about the necessity of developing research and decision-making analytical tools. Simulations and, in particular, system dynamics are regarded as one of the most perspective tools to be used in this field. The article describes the simulation model illustrating main tools of anticorruption policy, and discusses perspectives and limits of using simulations to promote research and studies of corruption.
