Innovative development of the economy is becoming urgent due to the Russian integrating into the Global Community, the growing role of knowledge and information in global economic system, and the strengthening of capital markets and new technologies interconnection. The case study reveals the fact that the state innovation policies of a particular country are a combination of multi-directed measures, taking into account significant peculiarities of national innovation policies. The conclusion is drawn as to the fact that today’s systemic crisis, which involved Russia and a number of developed and developing countries, adversely affects all economic spheres, and the similarly comprehensive and multidimensional measures should be implemented, not only by a particular state, but by the whole world, i.e. they should be global and integrated.
