New Industrialization - the Development Vector of the National Economy

Today the level of development of the industrial sector of the economy is an indicator of scientific and technological capacity of the country and the extent of its influence on the global economy. The developing countries shifted to the post-industrial model of economic development, marked by the formation of information society over the past decade as a result of technological progress and productivity growth in the industry. In contrast to the developed countries where level of the concentration and influence of the industry is high,  Russian industry in the last few years was declining. Russia now has to choose the vector of development of the national economy, able to significantly change and renew the national economy, guarantee the country’s economic sovereignty and independence from foreign imports. This article offers “new industrialization” as a vector of national economic development, which, according to the author is will increase he competitive capacity of national products and promote scientific and technological progress.
