The article examines the theoretical legacy of P.A. Stolypin, who was known not only as The Great Reformer, but also as a unique expert in the sphere of public administration. This article demonstrates the opposition between P.A. Stolypin and the political system of his time. The author analyzes P.A. Stolypin’s role as a prominent political orator. The author explores the relevance of Stolypin's ideas for contemporary public administration.
