Communication Strategy of the EU Supranational Organizations in the Counter-Terrorist Struggle: An Attempt in Analysis

The article explores the blind spots of the EU supranational power-holding structures’ communication strategy in the struggle against international terrorism. The authors analyze the period from 9/11 terrorist attacks till the present day. In this period the communication aspect of the counter-terrorist struggle was especially actively developed. The author attempts to explain why the key messages in the communications of the European counter-terrorist organizations became one of the reason that the common “war on terror” concept needs radical revision today.
