Many Russian investment-building complex enterprises have already developed, implemented and certified quality management system (QMS) based on ISO 9001 standards. But these enterprises must still improve the quality management systems. The best way of QMS improvement is the automation of quality management system. The article examines the concept of automation of quality management system, objects of QMS automation, alternative software products for automation of quality management system on the example of Irkutsk investment-building complex enterprise.
