Electronic Government Models: An Analysis

To continue the improvement of quality and availability of public services, governments introduce new technologies in the area which became known as the electronic government. There are three main types of electronic government: Anglo-American, continental, and Asian.

The article analyzes the characteristics of the three models on the example of the United States, Germany and South Korea. The authors also examine the prospects for the development of e-government in Russia.
