Break-through enterprise management based on relational contract

Today, Russian economy faces acute challenges in innovation-based economic growth. The fastest way to solve this problem is getting breakthrough technologies to the market. The authors argue that private partnership of investors and innovators is the most appropriate mechanism of breakthrough business organization for current stage of development of Russian innovative business. This mechanism does not require getting information about prices from the market, and therefore can be applied for specific conditions of Russia’s underdeveloped market of innovations. Furthermore, the amount of private capital that can be attracted is not limited by the government and large companies’ budgets and depends only on the investment attractiveness of innovative projects. The investment attractiveness can be increased by the implementation of breakthrough innovative business administration model presented by the authors.
