Russia and international organizations in political cooperation: Problems and Practice

The article is devoted to the analysis of relations between the Russian Federation and international institutions and new challenges in terms of topical priorities for the national development. The author researches active and perspective strategic programs for international cooperation, studies its objectives and techniques. On the basis of comparison with foreign models the author proposes several measures directed at raising the of available and conceivable tools.
