Strategic Communication of the USA in Latin America

New strategic goals and priorities, the growing reorientation of many Latin American countries in their political, military, business and cultural ties no doubt has a communication dimension. It is doubtful whether the modern Russian weapons are much more competitive on Latin American markets than in the times of prosperity of the Soviet Union, or Chinese IT products are much better than the US ones. In the complex of socio-economic and geopolitical factors of the mentioned changes the efficiency of strategic communication of three countries in the region is one of the key factors.
The article analyzes the long term goals, forms and methods of the strategic communication of the USA in the region, as well as achievements and miscalculations in its implementation.
