Organizational Features of Introduction of Pre-production

This article examines the project of production preparation system, consisting of eleven steps, thus reducing the risks that have a negative impact on the effectiveness of management. The author analyzes the main causes of failure of implementation of systems of production preparation and the proposed a plan of application of innovative training system of production.

The implementation of an algorithm designed by the author plan on a number of state communication enterprises contributed to the successful implementation of the project of innovative training system of production: improving the quality of documentation, reducing the duration of pre-production, reducing the overall time of manufacture of the product; ensuring compliance with the contractual terms of orders, increasing the efficiency of working capital management means; strengthening the monitoring of pre-production manuals, etc.
