Ecology, ecological thinking, ecological movement, and ecological policy can be considered as the indicators of civil society development, transformation of traditional parties and establishment of new small ones. Ecological rhetoric reflecting the interdependence of economical and industrial development with social stability and quality of life is acknowledged by the community and political circles. The traditional parties neglect of the ecological issues led to the establishment of new parties for which the environmental aspects were in the heart of political debate. They contributed to the general radicalization of political climate due to the importance of the ecology issues to the society.
