Priorities of Investment Policy in the Development Industrial Sector of the Economy

The article defines the content of investment policy in foreign countries and in Russia, generalizing the basic principles and methods of financing of programs and projects. The author considers insufficiency of investment of the industry and inappropriate use of budgetary funds the main problems in this area of economy. The analysis of dynamics of investments into fixed assets, rates of industrial production and import is carried out. The author proposes improvements of investment policy planning and new methods of efficiency management for investment projects.
