Public Policy as an 'Umbrella Concept' of Political Science

The article explains the umbrella nature of the conceptual model of public policy, that is sufficient to show its composite character through interrelated and interdependent measurements (informational and discursive, activity-based, administrative and spatial). The author shows that the "umbrella concept" of public policy can reveal the complex and multi-level character of public processes and integrate various dimensions presented by different theories of political science.
